Shipping policy

 

SAMPLES:

We prepare our samples by hand when you place an order. Each sample container has enough product to test for color matching. We currently do not provide powder samples. Please avoid duplicating colors. 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed, except on US Postal Service holidays. If we have any questions or concerns about your order, we will generally notify you within 24 to 48 hours.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Amazon and PayPal. Shopify and PayPal process all of our orders. If you place your order online, we do not have access to your payment information. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We offer complimentary USPS Ground Advantage shipping (5 to 7 days) on all orders over $75.00. Shipping costs $6 for orders under $75.00. An upgrade to Priority Mail (1 to 3 days) is available for $12.00 and ships the same day for orders placed before 2 pm Pacific Time. 

Signature Confirmation is required for orders over $100.00, as well as for orders shipped to a name and address different from the cardholder's information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but as a small retailer and consumers ourselves, we take credit card fraud very seriously and do our best to prevent it.

We do not ship internationally, including through Freight Forwarders. 

We offer Route Shipping Insurance

During checkout, you can choose Route Insurance for your order, which offers tracking and coverage for your delivery. Route will replace your lost or stolen purchases if you add the upgrade to your order. If you decline Route Insurance, we will not be financially responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

MISSING PACKAGE:

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office to check the GPS status of your package. Feel free to reach out to us, and we can look up the phone number for your local post office if you're having trouble locating it.

The USPS is pretty impressive these days with GPS technology, allowing them to pinpoint exactly where your delivery was dropped off. Also, drop us an email and let us know—then we can work on it together. Over twenty years, we’ve built an incredible track record with the USPS! 

If you haven't received your order within 3 days of USPS confirming delivery, please file a claim with USPS. We will happily refund you once you email us your claim information.
