Shipping and Returns


We make our samples by hand when you place an order. There is enough in each sample tub to try on for color matching. We currently do not offer powder samples. Please do not duplicate colors. 


Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed, except US Postal Service holidays. If we have any questions or concerns with your order, generally we will let you know within 24 to 48 hours.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Amazon, and PayPal. Shopify and PayPal process all of our orders. If you place your order online, we do not have access to your payment information. 


We offer complimentary (FREE) First Class Mail Shipping (5 to 7 days) on all orders. Priority Mail upgrade (1 to 3 days) is available for $8.50. 

Signature Confirmation is required on orders over the value of $100.00, as well as orders being sent to a name/address other than the card holder's name and billing address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but as a small retailer and as consumers ourselves, we take credit card fraud quite seriously and do our best to prevent it.

We do not ship internationally and we do not ship internationally using Freight Forwarders. 


We will happily accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your shipment from us on all unopened or unused product. 

In order to maintain that policy and product integrity, items must be returned in their unused/unopened original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened goods. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and our original shipping expense will not be refunded. Customers requesting an exchange must include return shipping costs with their return. 

To ensure that you have a record of your return, please ship with Signature Confirmation and be sure to include a copy of your receipt. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking information. 

In the event that we've goofed on your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. You will be emailed a PrePaid Return Shipping Label.

Once we can confirm your return is in transit back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you (at our expense). Refunds are not issued on damaged goods, we will be happy to reship your order to you.


If your package shows delivered and you still haven't received it, please contact your local post office to check the GPS status of your package. You're welcome to contact us and we can look up the telephone number for your local post office if you cannot locate it.

The USPS is quite amazing these days with GPS technology and they can actually pinpoint where your delivery was dropped off. Also, drop us an email and let us know and we can work on it together. In twenty years, we have an amazing track record with the USPS!! 

If you have not received your order within 3 days of the USPS showing it delivered, please file a claim with the USPS and we will happily refund you once you email us your claim information.

We will not be able to reship your order unless we ship Priority Mail with Signature Confirmed at your expense.
